1) The Empire Foundation does not track you, your computer or any other property belonging to anyone but us without your explicit permission (explicit defined in Article Four, Clause Two).
2) The Empire Foundation does not sell, trade, give or otherwise endanger your private information sent to us through contact forms, newsletter signup forms, Chattr or the Empire Browser Developer Network.

Article Two - Third Party Providers
1) This site is graciously hosted for free on the servers of Weebly, Inc. It is not in our power to stop Weebly's statistical features from tracking users.
2) This site (reluctantly) relies on Google Analytics to generate complete statistics and information to improve the quality of customer service. Again, it is out of our power to control Google's cookies from tracking you.
3) The Facebook and Twitter social plugins (now removed) previously left a tracking cookie in your browser. We now rely on hyperlinks. By entering a social network, you agree to their terms of use.
4) Empire Browser and Ninja Text Editor are hosted on Sourceforge, and we have absolutely no power to stop any malware or tracking cookies on that site.
